1. Job Summary:

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Handle employee queries regarding Human resource policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare human resource -related reports, letters, and notices.
  • Support the organization of human resource events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Assist in performance appraisal documentation and records maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Perform other Human resource-related duties as assigned by the Human resource Manager.
Job Specification
1. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Human resource or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Human resource policies, labor laws, and payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
