Ride Sharing is fast-growing business in Nepal. You as a Human Resource Manager in Pathao involved in delivering quality service that have competitive and profitable market. The company is in operation since the last six years. It employs about 300 employees. Out of these, there are 25 supervisors to supervise the market to sale their service. Please note that ride sharing has very tough market in terms of competition in these days. The marketing manager advised you to design a training program for supervisors working in that competitive market.

You are supposed to be the key member to take this charge. For a long period of time the company has enjoyed market leadership position. HRM and marketing manager have not noticed any such remarkable complaints regarding the performance of their supervisors. The only concern of marketing manager is that he likes to maintain the market position even in this competitive market situation.
