Metroposal Super Store is evolving and Nepal Trade Supply is encouraging the use of supply chain management for efficient business operation.

Early on, Metroposal Super Store saw the value of sharing transaction data with suppliers. Opening its sales and inventory database to suppliers is what made Metroposal Super Store the powerhouse it is today. By implementing collaborative planning, forecasting, and replacement programs, Metroposal Super Store began a just-in-time inventory program that reduced carrying costs for both the retailer and its suppliers.
